Terms of use

1. Who can use the app

Only people the office has given a login: directors, office staff and field staff. There is no public sign-up. Your login is for you alone. Do not share your PIN or let someone else sign in as you. If you think someone knows your PIN, ask the office for a new one straight away.

2. Using it properly

• Use the app for Phytotron work only.
• Record what really happened: visits, orders, payments, kilometres and claims. Starting a day, logging a visit or claiming travel you did not do is misconduct.
• Upload only photos and documents that belong to the work: never other people's private photos.
• Upload farmer contacts only when the farmers agreed to hear from Phytotron, and record how they agreed.
• Do not try to reach data your role cannot see, copy the database, or get around the app's security.

3. Company information

Prices, dealer terms, sales figures, customer lists and everything else in the app is confidential to Phytotron. Do not share it outside the company unless your work needs it, for example sending a dealer their own price list. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

4. Your phone

Keep your phone locked with a screen lock. If you lose it, tell the office so it can end your sessions. On a shared or company phone, sign out at the end of the day.

5. The service

We work to keep the app available and correct, but it can be unavailable at times, for example without mobile signal. Work you save without signal is kept on the phone and sent later. If something looks wrong, tell us (see Support). To the extent the law allows, Phytotron is not liable for losses caused by the app being unavailable.

6. Ownership

The app, the Phytotron name and the leaf mark belong to Phytotron Agro Products India Pvt. Ltd., and so do the records you create at work.

7. When access ends

The office switches off your login when you leave Phytotron, or earlier if these terms are broken. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time: see Delete your account.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will tell staff in the app about important changes.
